Currently, there is no masjid in the east of Bedford. Most mosques are located in or near the city centre, leaving many families in Goldington and surrounding areas without easy access to a house of Allah.

Who We Are

We are a group of local Muslims, backed by over 200 active supporters, united with one vision: to establish a welcoming, inclusive masjid for all. In the near future, we want to establish a community centre attached to the mosque. 

Our community is highly diverse, reflecting the global ummah. To ensure inclusivity, English will be the primary language for announcements and speeches.

Where Will It Be Located?

We are fundraising to purchase the old Gospel Hall on Goldington Road and convert it into a fully functional masjid, insha’Allah.

The site is located at 85 Goldington Road, Bedford, MK40 3EP. It has on-site parking available for 25 cars. Facilities currently available:

• Main prayer hall for 150 men
• Toilets (including accessible facilities)
• Kitchen facilities
